Reservations and Payments: A completed tour application together with the initial non-refundable deposit  per person for the Iceland Volcano Marathon package. Final payment is due before May 8, 2023.

 

Eligibility: Marathours, is an authorized tour operator and  is required to offer a travel  package in conjunction with guaranteed race entry.

 

Cancellation: All payments, including your deposit, are non-refundable and non-transferrable.  Non-transferrable include applying your balance to another person, another year or another trip. Should you cancel for any reason, you will loose your trip investment. Therefore, travel insurance for every trip is highly recommended.  All cancellations must be received in writing with supports documents.

 

Insurance: For your protection, trip cancellation, baggage, health and accident insurance is highly recommended for all participants.  Marathours can supply insurance, asked for a quote.

 

*There is no Marathours representative accompanying this trip, an Albatros receptive will be on site.

All our prices are in Canadian dollars and according to the taxes and exchange rates in effect at the time of the publication of our package in January 2023 and could change.

 

A valid Passport is mandatory with a date of at least 6 months after your return date and proof of double vaccination is required.
